Established in 1962, Vibtec has been involved in the design, manufacture and supply of vibration products for over 55 years.

We are a single source vibration specialist with an unrivalled service. We are here to help identify, source and supply nearly all makes and types of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic vibrator.

As possibly the UK’s largest stockist, if we cannot source what you require we will always be able to offer suitable alternatives, usually from stock.

Brief History of Vibratechniques Ltd UK (VIBTEC)

Vibratechniques Ltd, trading as VIBTEC, are a manufacturer and distributor of industrial vibration products, established in 1962 by our founder Vic Pearce. The initial product range consisted of immersion type pneumatic vibrators, for concrete compaction applications, as well as other ancillary products for the construction industry. During the early years a close relationship was formed with Italvibras G.Silingardi S.p.A, leading Italian manufacturer of electric motor vibrators, and we have been the sole distributor of their products in the UK ever since supplying to a broad range of material handling and process industries.

Over the years, technological advancements in numerical controlled machining technology have facilitated development and expansion of our in-house manufactured product range, branching into flow aid/external type pneumatic vibrators. Since the early 1980s we have worked in alliance with the Swiss manufacturer, Findeva AG, to evolve and consolidate the pneumatic external vibrator range of both companies to its current scope. Now with numerous different types of rotary and linear actuated products, as well as ancillary components on offer to suit a multitude of applications.

The company remained in the ownership of the Pearce family until 2015, where we formally became a wholly owned subsidiary of Italvibras G.Silingardi S.p.A. In 2018 Italvibras relocated the factory to Shoreham Airport. We are quite possibly the UK’s largest stockist of industrial vibrators, being the sole distributor of Findeva and Italvibras products. With over 50 years’ experience in the field, we continue to offer tailored consultancy for all forms of industrial vibrator applications. In addition, we specialise in sourcing like for like or close alternative vibrator products to all brands, current and defunct, on the fastest available turnaround.

The entire production cycle of Italvibras vibrators takes place in our production plant in Fiorano. This choice is based on a company policy aimed at guaranteeing the maximum quality of each individual component used in the manufacturing process. At the same time, continuous cycle machining centres give our company a high level of flexibility in producing the various models requested, independent of their dimensions. These concrete advantages join with automated manufacturing processes to guarantee vibrators of consistent quality produced in appreciably reduced times with respect to the past. Alongside all this is the experience we have gained from innumerable applications in every industrial sector, enabling the Italvibras technicians to acquire top-of-the line know-how.
