Our broad range of pneumatic vibrators are suited for various applications and processes. We can offer either a rotary (ball, turbine and roller) or linear (air cushioned piston, extended piston, and impacting) solution, constructed with high quality materials and various finishes from painted aluminium to full stainless steel. To complement our pneumatic vibrator range we offer 7 different types of VTC vacuum clamp to suit most of our pneumatic vibrators, for mobile, non permanent, and IBC vibrator applications.

Our electromagnetic vibrator range is particularly suited for feeding and dosing of any bulk material. Our core CVEM range is available in 5 different sizes, the choice of which depends on the required size of tray. They can be supplied as base units for customers who wish to design their own troughs, or alternatively we can supply complete with troughs from our range. In addition the range is now available with Ex II 3D (Zone 22 certification). Similar to the CVEM range, our LEVLEX range covers smaller tray sizes. Our A Series range are standalone drives intended to aid product flow on a variety of different vessels and troughs. Besides the A2 and A4 models, all electromagnetic vibrators require the use of a controller.

Our range of hydraulic vibrators are particularly suited to applications where power sources are limited, such as remote or agricultural areas, or fiNed to mobile equipment with a hydraulic power pack such as a tractor. The principle of operation is to transmit energy from a hydraulic fluid supply into mechanical energy to drive a set of eccentric weights. There are two core ranges available. The VHE5 range is suited to high frequency applications such as concrete compaction, and flow assistance on mobile vessels. The VHE10 range, based on our Italvibras MVSI range, is particularly suited to dual vibrator applications including but not limited to feeding, screening, grading and dewatering processes.

Vibratechniques UK offer a full range of Internal Concrete Vibrators (Pokers) ,External Vibrators and Equipment for the consolidation of concrete. We can offer advice on the more complicated systems required for Concrete Formwork from our UK and Italian technical centres. We also offer a range of concrete finishing equipment.
